Alex Otti
The
governorship election petition tribunal sitting in Umuahia on Monday,
commenced hearing of the petition against the declaration of Dr. Okezie
Ikpeazu as governor of Abia following the burning of INEC office in
Obingwa LGA.
The petition was filed by Dr. Alex Otti, the
candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in the April
general elections in the state,
