Looters ransacked the Houston home of an 89-year-old Hurricane Harvey
victim while her body floated in four feet of water inside, according to
authorities.
As Harvey’s intense winds and heavy rainfall tore through the area,
Michelle Poche’s thoughts drifted to her elderly neighbor, Agnes
Stanley, she told KTRK.
