Dino Melaye,The lawmaker representing Kogi West in the National
Assembly has accused Governor Yahaya Bello, the Independent National
Electoral Commission (INEC), top Federal Government officials and
security agencies of an alleged plot to harangue and stampede him out of
the Senate against the will of his constituent.
Senator
Melaye stated this while reacting to a Federal High Court ruling in
Abuja, dismissing his application challenging the moves by the
Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to effect his recall.
Justice Nnamdi Dimgba on Monday held that all the complaints made by Melaye lack merit and deserve to be dismissed.
