Obama: 'Gaps of trust' preventing Syria cease-fire

On the heels of a 90-minute meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, President Obama addressed the holdup in cease-fire negotiations over Syria. The two leaders met while they were in China for a G-20 summit.

BEIJING — President Obama said Monday that negotiations between the United States and Russia to reach a peace deal in Syria are hampered by "gaps of trust."
