The Enugu State Police Command has arrested a man who allegedly abused a minor sexually for money ritual in the state.According to the the state Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Ebere Amaraizu, the suspect was nabbed on December 11, 2106, after the police got “a lot of report” about him.
