During a press conference on Monday at the G20 Summit, President Barack Obama defended NFL star Colin Kaepernick’s recent protest of the National Anthem.The San Fransisco 49ers quarterback on Friday refused to stand for the Star Spangled Banner, saying that he was “not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color.”
