Baby Girl Is Saved By A Sanitation Worker After Being Found Abandoned In A Bin

A baby girl in China was found abandoned in a rubbish bin by a sanitation worker. The woman made the discovery after she heard a noise that she thought was a kitten.

The newborn was still attached to its umbilical cord and was lying in a plastic bag crying.  The woman was working cleaning the streets of Shenzhen in southern China's Guangdong province.
