Good Morning Britain's Sean Fletcher Calls Piers Morgan A 'Snake'

Sean Fletcher decided to have a cheeky dig at Piers Morgan on Good Morning Britain - but was left instantly regretting it.

The news presenter said Susanna Reid must know so much about snakes because she works with one every day.

Piers was visibly fuming with the insult, which seemed to come out of nowhere from the usually mild-mannered Sean.

The presenters were reacting to the news that a five-year-old boy discovered a python inside his toilet at his home in Southend.


Susanna said: "Where else are you going to get a python creeping into your toilet. I don’t know."

Then Sean blurted out: "I was wondering how you knew so much about snakes, but you work with one every day don’t you Susanna."

Even Piers was stunned by the sharp barb, as it's usually him dishing out the insults on morning TV.

"Wow bit early for that Fletcher," he said. "One of those mornings. A pride before a fall son."

Realising Sean might have gone a bit too far, Susanna said: "You're going to pay a price for that."
