Abia Gov Ikpeazu Declares Three-Day Curfew In Aba Over Nnamdi Kanu,Military Face-Off

Following the tension in Aba, the Abia State capital, the State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu has imposed a three-day curfew in the commercial city.
The tension is not unconnected to the current face-off between members of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, and men of the Nigerian Army.

Recall that soldiers allegedly besieged the Umuahia residence of the IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu.

The state government said the curfew starts from 6pm to 6am on Tuesday and ends on Thursday.
