Nigerian gospel singer Yinka Ayefele who lost his father on Sunday October 12, 2014 opens up about the circumstances surrounding the death of his father.
In an interview with City People
magazine on October 23, 2014 the singer says that he believes his late
father knew that he was going to die that very day; which was his 76th
birthday. Ayefele's late father asked to have a birthday party for his
birthday, the singer says he was surprised as his late dad never wanted
birthday celebrations of any sort even for his 70th birthday.
Pa Joshua Taiwo passed away about 7 minutes after his son Evangelist Yinka Ayefele left Ipoti, Ekiti State for Ibadan.
Yinka, who is the first child of his father announced that the burial of his father who was popularly called 'Baba Teacher'
will take place on January 22 and 23, 2015 in Ipoti Ekiti so as to
allow all his friends a chance to perform at his beloved fathers burial
ceremony.
