'This is what it takes to be No 1'... Bolt posts video of himself throwing up after training


Becoming the fastest man in the world doesn't come easily, and Usain Bolt has proved it with some graphic measures.
The 100 and 200-metre world and Olympic champion posted a video on his Instagram page throwing up after training, and urged admirers that doing so is what it's 'all about'.

The Jamaican also recently starred in a Virgin Media advert, dressing as a toddler, child, woman and granddad.

For the second year in a row Bolt and American tennis star Serena Williams were voted International Sports Press Association (AIPS) Best Athletes.
Bolt received 1,282 votes, followed by Formula One Sebastien Vettel on 499 and Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo on 437.
