particular as a "mere domestic appending of power" who should stop

Engineering the chaos rocking Rivers State House of Assembly. The
professor particularly said it is obvious that Jonathan and his wife are
using the security apparatus to intimidate Governor Rotimi Amaechi.
They also called on the police hierarchy to remove and prosecute the
commissioner of police in Rivers state, Joseph Mbu for role in the saga.
