LIVE snails slither across a woman's face as she takes part in the latest bizarre beauty trend in Japan.
A salon in the capital Tokyo is offering customers the chance to sign up for a £165 SNAIL FACIAL.All they have to do is lie back and let the molluscs crawl across their skin, leaving a trail of slime as they go.

While many will be too squeamish to get snail mucus on their mugs, adventurous Japanese are queuing up to try the bizarre treatment.
One happy customer said: "You can feel the snails moving on your face. At first, it's surprising but it's actually rather nice."
