Cassava Seller Caught With Guns Inside Her Bags + Nigeria Army Gave Her The Beating Of Her Life

This woman was allegedly caught with guns belonging to Boko Haram Sect inside her cassava bags and she was brutally beaten so she would confess who gave the guns to her and whom they were meant for; but she kept saying she knew nothing about it. 

While watching the video, some question came to my mind, "Who trained Nigerian force to be this brutal? Is this how to investigate issues? Is there no possibility that she might be innocent? Why can't Nigerian Force carry out an investigation without violence?
