The tiny boy was found lodged in a sewage pipe — in a block of apartments in Jinhua, Zhejiang province — on Saturday afternoon after neighbors reported hearing crying.
His placenta was still attached.
Firefighters had to remove the pipe and take it to a nearby hospital, where doctors cut around it to pull out the abandoned infant.The 2-day-old is now in care and said to be in a stable condition.
Cops are now hunting for the baby's parents...
